Google Sheets is a great resource to use to quickly check for student understanding of a topic. Using conditional formatting provides the students with immediate feedback on whether or not their answer to the question is correct. This is a great formative assessment for teachers to use to gauge comprehension in any subject area. For this session, we will focus on creating a basic check your understanding template to be used, but this concept can also be used to create more in depth Pixel Puzzle activities.
